Why not roll out a big slab of gingerbread, drape it over some kind of oven-proof pan and bake yourself a mountain? Note the clever, color-coordinated vegetation in the form of green M&Ms and green-wrapped Hershey's Kisses stacked sky-high for a tree effect.
